"Richard at Pest Pros was probably THE most wonderful, happy, and friendliest person!!! Showed up at my beach cottage on the beach in Dennis right on time with a smile! Not only did he go above and beyond for me but he was just so friendly with that smile that I wanted him to hang with us all day! After speaking with hun a few minutes I was so impressed by his drive to succeed and his drive is through the roof!! What a great impression he left with me and my family. If I had the day I would make him a supervisor or give him a huge raise, he was that sweet and great!!! THANK YOU RICHARD!!!"

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
