"We had a flood damage our entire basement and cause major damage. Unfortunately, we were out of town when it happened and by the time the damage was discovered, we had a terrible mold problem on top of the flood damage. I contacted Rick Napolitano and he immediately went out to assess the situation. From day one, he was very friendly and I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. I'm so relieved that we hired his company to take on the repairs and mold mitigation. Due to the extent of damage, the work did take several weeks, but he kept me notified every step of the way. As an out-of-state homeowner, it was very stressful for me to deal with this from afar, but knowing that Mr. Napolitano was on it made it so much easier for us. I can't thank him enough. I would not hesitate to recommend him (very highly) for anyone needing any kind of work on their home."

"Sure, here is a friendlier version of the review: --- I recently bought a house in Atlanta, and I never expected it to bring so many challenges. When we started remodeling, we found mold in the crawlspace, asbestos in the siding, and on the roof. Luckily, after a lot of research and checking with previous clients, I decided to go with Es America. They specialize in asbestos removal, but they also handle water damage, French drains, and all things remediation. My first call was answered by Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire permitting process without any pressure to use their services. They fixed the mold issue in the crawlspace, did an crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the Asbestos, and recommended a reliable contractor for the siding and roof replacement. I can't thank the team at Es America enough for their help. Special thanks to Jacob, Mera, Kevin, and Michael â you all deserve an A+. 100% recommend!"

"I was given very thorough information from the Mold tester."

"Manager from Keller Tile installation told me regulations prevented him from installing tile in my bathrooms without an asbestos test. I told him the home was built in 1984, the vinyl bathroom floor was replaced in hours one day, purchased from Lowes. The test costed $250 and 4sq inch was removed for the test. It tested negative for asbestos. It has been 3 weeks since I paid for toilets 3, and 2 tile installation. I called and requested the materials order to be delivered to my home. After several days a Saturday after noon time of 4:15 to 8:15 pm was given. I confirmed. The materials were not delivered. DONNA did a very good , professional test and accommodated me with a printed copy for my household files. Donna was on time and efficient. Donna had a pleasant personality."

"I explained what I wanted tested. They tested what â was included in the priceâ when they arrived, which was not all I wanted and was never told what I wanted would not all be included in the price. So, value of service went down immediately. They seem to have a vested interest in a company that sells a mold killer you spray yourself. They offered a number of times to transfer me after explaining my results. Each time I said to give me their number and that Iâ d call them if interested. They finally gave me the number. Next thing I know, that other company is calling me, because they were told by The Mold Company to call me. Not cool."
