He took samples of mold area for lab evaluation and air quality samples to check for mold in the air around the affected area. I was impressed with the thorough process used to check for mold. Mr Riddick the owner checked the air outside that was in close proximity to affected area. He answered all the questions and provided a date for the results of the inspection. Mr Riddick did an outstanding job and would highly recommend him for his service."

"Greg and Bonnie were fantastic! I was selling my home in Baltimore City, and it turned out to be a real hassle. The buyer had a FHA loan, and the FHA inspector required me to do an absurd amount of work to the house before the sale could go through. The folks at G&B were great. I kept throwing more and more work at them and they were always very helpful. In the end they did the following: -Scraped and painted exterior door and window frames. -Painted the cornice on the front of my house. -Reattached the flashing on my roof. -Installed a door to the crawlspace. -Repaired a rotten lintel in the crawlspace. -Vapor barrier-ed the crawlspace. -Took thermal images of the home to show that there were no leaks. Honestly I'm sure there is more but those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
