"Mold specialist came to my house on time and explained everything he was going to do upfront then got started right away. Asked that I send him the results when I receive them from the lab so he could provide advise on next steps and DIY ways to remedy my mold issue. "Not knowing how Home Advisor worked, I made appointments with 2 mold inspectors. The first was probably adequate but Dennis Williams of The Mold Detectives was outstanding. He looked everywhere with a flashlight, even climbing on a ladder to look under ceiling tiles and suiting up in protective gear to go through the crawl space. He answered questions and discussed what he was looking for and what he was finding as he conducted the inspection, The results of both air quality tests were about the same but Dennis made me feel confident the best inspection had been done on the property. I would highly recommend him if you are tracking down mold issues."

"See prior note - in essence the root of the issue was not consistent with the need for this companyâ s services. However, the staff person we dealt with - namely Giancarlo - was incredible and was highly communicative- which we appreciated very much indeed!"

"Inspected house and did testing to determine leaking AC unit that has caused tile work to come loose He had tools to test for mold and wetness in all areas of the house, and totally checked walls too for wetness!"
