"We hired Gary Ackel and his crew from Tri-County All Restorations for an extensive mold remediation. We had a water leak that caused mold to accumulate in the laundry room, bathroom, hall, hall closet, and bedroom. All of the drywall was removed in those areas goin up 4 ft to rid the areas of mold. Gary’s men were able to do this without damaging my marble floors or the vanity. This was very important to me since I had no replacement marble so if any tile had been broken, all the floors in my entire house would have had to be replaced since it is one continuous floor. They were meticulously clean. They kept the area enclosed in plastic sheeting with a zipper to go in and out. The a/c in this area had to be turned off and that unit also serviced my bedroom so Gary arranged for a portable a/c to be installed in my bedroom. Gary also would stop by to make sure everything was going as planned. We passed the mold inspection afterwards so a job well done! I highly recommend this company."

"I have never met such a professional person as Yoni one of the representatives of this company. He saved me from scamming companies. I provided me with honest answers over the phone. I provided photos of the mold in my home. I look so reluctant to bring people in fearful that they might try to make me pay expensive amount of money. The Yoni, the service rep. was able to provide me with constructive directions. He was very honest from the start, when most companies would have charged me thousands. I strongly recommend this company as a registered nurse I can understand the dangers of Mold in a home. . But is very important to bring your right workers and representatives that are aware of such dangerous conditions. More importantly, you want to hire someone that's honest and kind. I strongly strongly recommend this company, especially Yoni. My God Continue to bless this organization."

"This company was selected because of their cost compared to another company; and I was very satisfied with the quality of their service."

"Working with Juan and his team at Medina Environmental was hands down the easiest and most painless process for getting work done on a house I've ever had. Juan was incredibly responsive to all of my questions related to the work they were doing, timelines, and even some questions about other work I needed done on the house that technically were out of the scope of our agreement. He was patient with all of my questions, and very helpful. It's clear that Juan really understands his craft, as he is able to succinctly explain all aspects of all the work to be done in a way that is understandable by people who are not in the industry. This is a clear indication that he and his team are professional and knowledgeable. I was educated fully on the process of removal and informed that there would be a 10-day waiting period after the removal had been filed. This gave me peace of mind to have a clear understanding of the start and end dates. The work was done quickly, by the time promised, and all the deliverables outlined in the summary of work were completed to my satisfaction. Once the job was completed, Juan ensured I quickly received the manifest to prove that the asbestos was disposed of properly and in accordance with regulation. I would recommend his team, and I will definitely utilize them on any project going forward that has services in the scope of their skill sets."

"I recently hired water floods to address a persistent mold issue in my home, and I couldn?t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to inspect the affected areas thoroughly, explained the cause of the mold growth, and walked me through their remediation plan in a way that was easy to understand."

"I cannot even begin to express how amazing this business was! My husband and I were being tossed into the fire as first time home buyers. We had just bought a home that violently began showing signs of water damage and led to an over growth of toxic molds. We were having to live in our home for two months straight with active mold spores floating throughout and into our lungs. After finding that our insurance were not covering a penny we became panicked and scared for our safety as well as our fur babies. After coming into contact with A+, we were nervous that we would once again be dismissed/ taken advantage of/ or be quoted amounts that would cause us to become absolutely broke. But, none of this happened! Emily was our first encounter with A+. Not only does her sweet and kind voice set the tone for the remainder of time that you work with them, but she almost ALWAYS answered the phone. If by some chance she was not able to answer at that very moment, she would call you right back. She even asked us if we wanted anything to eat when she took her coworkers lunch orders. She was very patient with us and willing to answer any questions we had. Our second encounter was the gentleman who came to test the mold. I am so sorry we cant remember your name! he was an absolute joy to be around! He was very clear, to the point and honest throughout the whole process! Not one question was to difficult for him! When he didnâ t know he was very straight foreword and did not give any guessing answers if they were outside his realm. We received our results very fast which leads me to the owner. The owner seriously called and explained every detail on the mold report! He even came on site to work when we chose to use them further for the remediation! We were so excited when the day they came for them to remove the mold so we could breath! They had already given us a quote so we knew what to expect prior to them coming and they stood by it! They were much cheaper than any other competitor and even have a warranty! They tore up our floors, dried them out and fogged my ENTIRE home! The whole house and in my hvac vents! They even came back and tested the air again to make sure all of the mold was gone. Yall when I tell you they were so clear, precise, honest and kind I mean that. I pray to god that I never have to go through this again. But if I EVER had to, I would not ever miss the chance to utilize A+ restorations again. Do yourself a favor, if you ever find yourself in our predicament. Dont waist your time with anyone else. It takes to much time, many blowoffs and lost money. We were so very blessed to have met this team and very grateful to be able to breath light and healthy air once again! Thank you A+!"
