"Bruce was thorough and knowledgeable about the best places to find mold growing.. He also found some new places."

"The team was awesome! Very responsive, came out on short notice and did some testing to ensure our plaster walls didn’t contain any asbestos. Then very quickly removed mold from our hallway and cleaned the studs well to prevent and further growth. Appreciate how timely and clean the team was."

"Provided excellent information regarding the different types of mold, the different life safety hazards of certain molds. Even went above and beyond by returning to the Show Low area to do underneath the home and discovered Aspergillus, a very toxic mold."

"We called Tracy at AIAQ before noon on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. He was on-site within an hour. Tracy confirmed we had mold in our carpet and took some samples for lab testing to determine exactly what type of mold we were dealing with. About an hour after Tracy left, I received an email from him with a list of trusted and reliable remediation contractors. We called one of them and they will be here Saturday to assess the damage."

"They were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, excellent customer service and very professional"

"I owned a rental property that suffered a catastrophic fire loss. Even worse was that the 2000 square-foot home test tested positive for Asbestos. I went and got estimates from 10+ asbestos abatement companies and Paul not only was, by far, the most cost-effective. On top of that, you could call him and literally talk to the owner about your job. He went to great lengths to work with me so that the abatement contract worked for both of us. They started exactly when they said they would and they did an absolute phenomenal job. There was actually some scope creep that Paul was extremely fair pricing. He could’ve easily gouged me, but did just the opposite. After I paid him in full, I found some really minor issues, brought it to Paul’s attention and he took care of it the next day in a manner that far, far exceeded expectations. This is a great company! They will take very good care of you."

"James Laver with GREAT ABATE was fast and easy to work with. My shop flooded with inches of water. James came and tested the walls to see how much the water had been absorbed up the wall. He left me with several fans placed for several days so that we might avoid mildew. He would call to see how we were doing and when he came to pick up the fans he tested our walls again to make sure they were completely dry. He also checked our shop neighbors and planted a fan or two in there area so that the water wouldn’t bleed through. It’s nice to work with fast honest businesses especially during an emergency."

"Collin really knows his stuff and has always been very helpful and thorough. We have had him inspect multiple homes and highly recommend him to anyone needing air quality testing or a home inspection."

"Quick service and thorough work. I would recommend you talk to them if you have possible mold contamination."
