"Richard was absolutely amazing. I rarely do reviews but I must say when posting my job, Richard was the only one who came onsite (and not just phone or text) to assess my project. We had a pipe leak in our garage wall which traveled to a few rooms. He was so thorough and detailed and pointed out many issues that all the others overlooked with respects to health/black mold. He is everything you would expect in a contractor... prompt, reliable, thorough, detailed, communicative, reasonably priced, hard working, works very clean, etc. He was able to spend a full day to complete the project, took pictures along the way.
