"It is very rare to find the type of honesty and professionalism that I saw in Dean of Continental Remediation. When it comes to complicated matters like mold remediation there are a lot of people who want to just take your money and sell you a service that you may not need. Dean gave me a very honest assessment of my situation and guided me in how to solve it. I interviewed several other mold remediation companies before him. The knowledge, honesty and integrity of Dean truly blew all the rest out of the water. If I ever find myself in another potential mold problem, or ever have any friends who do - Dean is going to be the first and only person I call."

"I called David to have a inspection of my garage since I was in the process of refinancing and the inspector wanted a letter from a professional mold company stating that there was no longer mold in my garage, since she saw some. I called 4 different companies, Dave was the only one who understood my need and did not try to sell me anything. He came the same day and after few hours he sent me the letter that I needed. Very reasonable priced, great customer service, fast and reliable. If I would ever need any other work for mold problem this is the Company I would call. Efficiency is very important for me."

"Dave knew I was concerned about toxic mold ~ I had flooding damage and I was having nose bleeds. He was so kind about my plight and fit me in very quickly. He took air samples, swabs for mold, and a sample for asbestos testing. I got all the answers I needed in a timely manner. He explained parts of the process that might interest me in my specific situation. He was so respectful and understanding regarding my stress and anxiety over my rental unit. I donâ t see any possible reason why I would use anybody except Dave if I need these services again. I highly recommend him. You cannot go wrong with Dave. Thank you, Dave, for being so helpful during such a hard time."
