"Excellent service.  BDS had an estimator come out ahead of time and explained my options were to remove asbestos around a section of ductwork, or to remove the ductwork entirely (only a 4ft span) and gave an initial estimate between $300 and $600.  I chose complete removal and moved forward.  As they went to schedule the asbestos removal they were able to offer a rate of $300, as they had concurrent jobs in the same area.  The person removing the asbestos securely plastic wrapped out the area checked for asbestos, completed his removal and cleaned up the area.  He was very professional, kind, and thorough through the whole process and didn't mind me asking questions as he went.  After he completed the removal BDS had a supervisor come out and check the work to ensure it was done correctly and to ask if I had any questions or concern.  They were great the whole way through and I will definitely go to them again if I have any issues in the future.

"The guy came and took some samples of the most risky areas, told me all I wanted to know about where asbestos might be and the typical places it is found. A nice guy and got the results back quick."

"The crew came out on the day and time designated taking care of the asbestos situation in my basement."

"Brian is incredibly responsive and his customer service is most excellent! He really helped meet out of a serious asbestos jam."

"John and his team were amazing to work with! John kept us informed through the whole process of asbestos flooring and adhesive grinding in our basement. Even though the job turned out to be more difficult with the adhesive than initially thought John and his team made sure everything was done right! I will be recommending them to anyone that needs asbestos removal services."

"Ryan and Reid Performed multiple inspections for us over last 2 years on perspective and occupied properties. They produced properly accredit reports, had excellent clerical resources, and devised effective remediation plans outlined in detail that solved our mold issues. EXTREMELY competent Labor crew that followed through to achieve results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"I would highly recommend DryShield to anyone. They were professional, courteous and on time. They took care of a large amount of mold in my attic and made it look like there was never any mold there to begin with."

"Quick, clean, thorough work. Answered all my questions and then some. Gave me their license and insurance without even having to ask. Fair price and extremely kind and courteous crew. Showed up on time and finished the work 2 hours early (told me the asbestos abatement job would take 4 hours for my ~250 sq ft room and it only took them 2). The place was left extremely clean and there was no damage to my walls and very minimal scuffing on my trim (some dings and scuffs are always to be expected with tile removal). 10/10 would recommend in a heartbeat."

"Company did a great job and cleaned up everything. Very neat and fast. There was one area that was hidden to the workers so they missed it the first time. However they were HAPPY to come back to fix the issue. This is a GREAT COMPANY that cares about the service they provide. I would highly recommend.

"I hired Rick for my daughter who rents a manufactured home in a park..that developed a bad mold problem. She was overwhelmed, because of the situation...and could not think clearly, as this had been going on for a couple months. The park sent someone over to do a mold air test, then said the report came back perfect. Rick came out...did the mold air test...and the test came back that she had high levels of 4 different mold spores. He also came back again to go under the house to verify if the mold was under the house. She was very pleased with Rick. He was the perfect person for her, as she said he was compassionate, knowledgeable, explained everything to her, and was very reasonable in what he charged. She said "Rick has a good spirit." She was very pleased with Rick, and what he did for her."
