The products pretty much sell themselves after you have had one .Brad is very knowledgeable about the Aerus products. He has always been prompt to respond to needs for service ,maintenance or questions .He is very professional , personable and obviously enjoys and is very dedicated to his work . Always a pleasure to work with him . Today he replaced filters on my air machines and checked two vacuums. The motor is gone in one vac -beyond repair. He said my 14 year upright is good for a while . He informed me of the new model which I am interested in seeing in the near future because of some improved features !! I am sure it will be hard to resist!"
