The estimator and I determined two possible sites though he and I each preferred different sites. The installer, James, was very easy to work with. He was able to install the pipe where I wanted the pipe. The installation was quick, relatively quiet and they cleaned up the site. The estimator again showed up as promised to install the radon test machine as they guarantee a reduction below 4. The fan, which runs outside the house will add to your electric bill. I haven't received a new bill yet so I can't say how much, though estimates are from $50-150 a year. Also, your town may require permits and that adds to the cost. Montclair charges $95 for permits."
