Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Saint Inigoes, MD

"Danny was an exemplary professional. His customer service, and knowledge of the field was not only comforting but comprehensive as me and my wife are not experts on mold. He also stated several times that we should allow the owner to conduct his own mold inspections before we paid for his services, only to get his second opinion and to find more than the original inspections. Danny was so thorough during his inspection and was able to get us out of a bad situation because of the mold he found and the unsafe air we were breathing. I recommend Danny to anyone considering! You get more than what you're paying for."

"Overall, job paid for was complete. Hoped getting the wall put back together was an option, but removing the mold was important"

"They are very prompt and well organized. They have strong expertise in asbestos abatement and bring professionalism to even a small job as mine was. Family company with service ethic."

"The mold inspector was very knowledgeable regarding the mold inspection process. He took samples of mold area for lab evaluation and air quality samples to check for mold in the air around the affected area. I was impressed with the thorough process used to check for mold. Mr Riddick the owner checked the air outside that was in close proximity to affected area. He answered all the questions and provided a date for the results of the inspection. Mr Riddick did an outstanding job and would highly recommend him for his service."

"Jason and his crew did an excellent job removing my asbestos tiles and disposing of the waste. He was straight forward, courteous, communicative and I would recommend A &1 to others."

"Radon Abatement services is a reliable dependable superb company. I have had an excellent experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and expeditious, service was professionally and very well done. Most importantly, Radon is gone with its in-house level reduced to almost its outside level. John Swett was very helpful and kindly answered all my emails and quickly addressed every concern I had. This project could not have been done better."

"Great customer service; workers were very courteous and friendly. High recommended"

"Great job. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Provided photos of the work done, so I didn't have to crawl under the house to check it out. I would not hesitate to recommend this company."

"Extremely professional and informative. Quick scheduling and results were returned next business day. Also provided trusted recommendations to complete mold remediation. Performed mold inspection on recently purchased property."

"We had a severe mold issue in our basement area that needed immediate treatment. Larry and his team remediated the area for a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner. Larry also made himself available to answer questions not just about the mold but also about other questions we had pertaining to our home which we are currently preparing to sale. Lastly, we recently had our home retested for mold, and there were little to no mold spores found in the treated area."
