"Deborah sent Mike to my house to test for mold. Mike is a great guy; took two samples from inside the house, plus one sample from outside. Within a couple days, we had the results. NO Mold! Mike said it didn’t even register. Bottom line is Mike did an honest job, tested my house for mold, and actually showed me that my home is mold free. No gimmicks, honest and trustworthy!"

"Mold specialist came to my house on time and explained everything he was going to do upfront then got started right away. Asked that I send him the results when I receive them from the lab so he could provide advise on next steps and DIY ways to remedy my mold issue. A rep called once the lab results were in to go over what the lab results meant. Very good experience!"

"Shaun and team were professional, responsive, and knowlegeable. Used them for both our standard home inspection and an air quality/mold inspection due to the condo having disclosed previous flood damage from the condo above. All tests came out normal and we are moving forward with our purchase with peace of mind. Thanks!"

"Excellent communication! Test results showed very high mold and a rare one. We did not buy condo due to this mold inspection."
