"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"As someone who knew little about the dangers of radon in Western NC I was quite alarmed to discover that my radon levels were about 5 times the EPA maximum levels. In short my wife and I built a new home 3 years ago and were living on top of toxic gas reserve. We got bids from several services and after discussing the situation with Henri we knew right away Radon Control Solutions - although a bit higher than the others - was by far the most knowledgeable about this somewhat secretive health problem. We actually had a what most builders unfortunately provide for a home with a crawlspace - a bunch of cheap plastic covering dirt and a wall vent fan. Please consider hiring someone that knows how to get this problem fixed the right way instead of counting on someone ready to slap down a false sense of safety. Henri knows his stuff and you will be glad you hired a final solution that permanently fixes the problem of capturing this nasty gas and routing away from your soon to be clean home.
