"Original Review: Had my passive radon system converted to active- as a part of this C&S needed to swap out my sump pump cover with a sealed cover They showed up without the correct cover, so they needed to come back a different day. The fan install went well, but when they sealed the sump pump pit, they increased the angle for the other piping that drained into the sump pit (HVAC condensation and overflow drain for 2nd-floor washer) which caused water to pool in the pipes and flow out into my basement (water drains and pools at the lowest point... so instead of draining out into the sump pit, it sat in the lowest corner until it leaked out of the piping). I called to let them know they had done this but received no response. I was left to fix this problem on my own. Cannot recommend them as this is horrid customer service. Update: Received a call from C&S after posting this review, they explained they did not receive my messages and wanted to make things right. I am happy with how things have turned out, so I am changing my review score."

"Upon submitting the request for quotes on mold remediation I was contacted by Dave within hours to 1 day. I had a consultation scheduled with Dave within the week. I can not attest to the testing services of All Mold & Basement Services as I had the testing done prior to submitting the quote requests. Dave was very professional and forward with his process. While their process is very similar to others on this site, they go the extra mile and use a dry ice blasting technique to remove and eradicate the mold from all services and even between the joists and flooring which other companies could not guarantee would be done. Because of this process they weren't the lowest quoted price but the end result was the wood looked BRAND NEW. Both my wife and I were astonished. There were some delays in getting started and finished however this was not due to the company but adverse weather. With close to 1,600 sqft needing work and in meeting the agreed upon deadlines some areas appeared to had been missed and were brought up with Dave. He personnaly came out with one member of his crew and the necessary treatment materials and immediately took care of the questionable spots. I can't speak highly enough of Dave and his folks and I would highly recommend this company if you have need of mold remediation work."
