"Tony did a great job assessing the mold risk with a townhouse we were in the process of buying. He recommended testing 5 different areas, and we are glad he did. He found issues with not just the crawl space but also the living room above the crawl space. Tony also will be doing the remediation work for us. Tony knew that a comprehensive evaluation was important to us because of the health issue of two of our family members, and he responded accordingly."

"My experience with Residential Mold Services was top notch! I appreciated the service from the call to schedule to the visit at my home. Everyone was super kind and helpful!! Recommend 100%!"

"Great service and crew. Clean and professional. Francisco explained the whole process so well. Also if you need asbestos removed from your home, likely you need other work done. Francisco and his team removed and hauled away an old closet, carpet, etc."

"Our town of approximately 1800 had a FEMA designated disaster flood. Ben and helper showed up right on time. Long drive to get here. All local mold businesses very busy. Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Went right to work. Took pictures that were sent to me—which are needed to turn in to FEMA for disaster relief aid. Drained the ductwork of the flood water, which will make it much easier on the HVAC fellow who is going to replace the ductwork. Put down a vapor barrier. Sprayed mold/mildew killer that is not harmful to humans…and has a very pleasant smell. Guaranteed for 5 years. I was very impressed. I hope to never have another flood, but if we do and I need the mold removed, I’m calling these guys again!"

"They gave us relief as we thought there was mold in our house after they did some testing come to find out we dont have mold. We really appreciate your help!!!"

Not only did I receive excellent service, it was timely and affordable. This is a family owned business and it shows by the attention to detail and their hands on caring attitude. I highly recommend them for good service, comfortable friendly attitude, knowledge and experience and for a job well done. You won’t find anyone better!"

"Customer was pleased with the service received."

"Terry came out and was very knowledgeable on the subject. I got multiple estimates and felt most comfortable with MoldMen. The work was done quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. The best part is thus company offers a full service. They do mold remediation, air duct cleaning, air duct sanitization, they are licensed in HVAC and were able to clean and sanitize all of my heating and cooling and they even installed a UV light to prevent mold spores from growing back again. They really are a one stop shop when it comes to mold issues and indoor air quality and I have continued to and will continue to recommend them. Very impressed with their service and efficiency. Great work."
