"After the testing, I was called and my test report sent to me. The test expert on the phone went over the results with me. He said that the results were so concerning, he then immediately connected be to Biocide Labs to have them tell me what to do to rid the toxic mold from my house."

"Everyone was friendly and dedicated providing quality service. Steve did a great job explaining how I wound up with mold in the first place; and he gave me a detailed explanation of what the crew would be doing to fix those problems. The team worked quickly and efficiently to fix my ventilation issues and get rid of the mold. I am very pleased with all aspects of the job."

"We had a special situation, and Epic was the only company willing to come out to help us evaluate the best location for installation. Installer was great - he recognized asbestos tile on the basement floor, and recommended appropriate remediation service. System is basically invisible - no ugly pipe up the outside of the house! Follow-up test shows radon level reduced to well under recommended minimum."
