I appreciated his knowledge, responsiveness, quick scheduling and delivery of inspection, and willingness to speak with me in detail. I am a plumber by trade and I can attest that he had excellent knowledge there. One of the big things I came to his company for was his ability to provide sewer and drain inspections; something that I just did not find with any other company. We were also able to discuss the electrical system and clarify some of his observations, which he apparently has a background with as well, and an otherwise very thorough inspection at a fair price. In short, I was impressed and appreciated his services very much; it gave me a lot of peace of mind.

He report has a listing on the front, has color pictures, explains about issues, 100 pages about the report, just very helpful.

Before we bought the house we had them do a mold analysis, then after the closing we has them complete the work. They truly went beyond our highest expectations. I met with Mark to inspect my house for potential hazardous material. He went through from top to bottom and pointed out all potential hazards. As an example, he found pieces of left over asbestos pipe insulation that the previous owner had just left on the floor. In addition, he also helped me with a mold issue and remediation methods. Mark was very knowledgeable, friendly,and I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home or a current home owner looking to remodel their home.
