"It went very well. James Musarra is extremely easy to work with. He asked all the right questions and listened to my concerns. He came out to view the basement within 2 days and had a proposal for me within 2 days after. We were scheduled within 10 days and the work was done in a day with a quick visit from his electrician on another day to hardwire the fan. No mess, no fuss. There was no delay in my basement sheetrock project, as they were able to work on the other side of the wall where the fan went. The fan duct has to go above the roofline of my home and the placement that they chose was very unobtrusive. All in all it was a smooth, professional job. James always answered my calls or returned them the same day. As part of his service he includes a radon re-test to assess the effectiveness of the mitigation.
