Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Sugar Tree, TN

"Extremely prompt to answer questions or concerns. Service technician was "right on time" for the initial testing. I was lucky to have no asbestos so I cannot review their removal process. I was impressed with the office staff's communications."

"We were a little skeptical when deciding who to choose to do our crawlspace because sealrite gave us a estimate that was far cheaper than what the other two companies we called quoted us at, but Austin came to do our inspection, communicated everything to us very clearly and gave us a one year warranty so we decided to go ahead and move forward, and im glad we did because he handled all of our mold problems, laid a vapor barrier over what was bare dirt ,and even hauled off all the debris the plumbers had previously left or ignored that we didn't even realize was down there. For the first time since we've owned the house you can actually go under the house to check the plumbing or air ducts without coming out caked in mud, spiderwebs , and mold. I highly recommend using sealrite!!"

"Nick Green is so professional and he knows and does his job very well. Frontier Foundation and Crawl Space is the place to use when you have drainage issues, mold or any other issues with your foundation. Give them a 100. Would definitely recommend them."

I’m Bob Kellum, owner of HouseMaster of Franklin, and I do the inspections myself. I’m a Navy veteran with a master’s in civil engineering, and HouseMaster has been a national brand since 1979.\n\nEvery home inspection includes thermal imaging and moisture readings at no extra charge, so I find water behind walls, under floors and in attics you’d never see on a walk-through. Buyer inspections come with the InterNACHI Buy-Back Guarantee.\n\nFor homeowners who aren’t buying or selling, I do 11-month builder warranty inspections, mold investigations with air sampling and lab results, radon testing (NRPP certified), water quality testing and sewer scopes. I don’t do repairs, so you get a straight answer instead of a sales pitch.\n\nServing Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, Thompson’s Station, Bellevue, Fairview, Dickson, Burns and Bon Aqua. "They were very professional and did a great job. I felt safe getting our asbestos removed by them."

"David is a true professional in the radon field. He provided me with information on how radon flows on my property that I could not learn elsewhere. He found a gap in the slab that I was unaware of and recommended that I fill it and recheck my radon level again prior to hiring him. Few people provide that kind service. I will hire him if I have high readings later because he is honest and has the experience."

"It was a good service and they did a very nice job."

"The inspector spent more than a half hour after the inspection to ask questions, and offer recommendations. I received a very detailed 60 page report complete with photos and explanations when an item did not meet minimum requirements. He answered additional questions the following day and told me to call if other questions arose. The services completely catered a prospective buyer residing in another state. I was very impressed."
