"I had a roof leak in a rental house and the Tenant did not report in time so mold developed as the result. Tenant then secured her own mold inspection and alleged existence of all kinds of mold. I found Ron in Angies List and asked him for help. He offered to review the report for free initially and gave me his professional opinion. After the remediation company finished their remediation job, I hired Ron to do exit inspection. He did and found problems and guided the remediation company to make their job perfect. It took extra time but the result was well worth the delay in time. After the remediation, I needed to find someone to make repairs. I obtained two estimates and Ron referred a friend of his to give me another estimate which was by far the best. I went with his friend and the job was perfect for a very reasonable price.
