"They came the same day that I called, and took care of our mold problem right away. We were under a deadline because the contractor was ready to put up the new drywall, and Marcos worked with our timeline. He was also very knowledgeable and informative about mold, and I m so happy we found him."

"The team was awesome! Very responsive, came out on short notice and did some testing to ensure our plaster walls didn’t contain any asbestos. Then very quickly removed mold from our hallway and cleaned the studs well to prevent and further growth. Appreciate how timely and clean the team was."

"Provided excellent information regarding the different types of mold, the different life safety hazards of certain molds. Even went above and beyond by returning to the Show Low area to do underneath the home and discovered Aspergillus, a very toxic mold."

"Tracey was professional, prompt, personable and open with his knowledge. We asked him many questions on how to resolve our issue with asbestos in our home and he gave us practical answers and options . Highly recommend to anyone that needs to have asbestos testing done."

"Adams disaster and restoration rebuilt my bathroom due to mold caused from a pipe burst inside the walls. This company is highly recommended."

"I owned a rental property that suffered a catastrophic fire loss. Even worse was that the 2000 square-foot home test tested positive for Asbestos. I went and got estimates from 10+ asbestos abatement companies and Paul not only was, by far, the most cost-effective. On top of that, you could call him and literally talk to the owner about your job. He went to great lengths to work with me so that the abatement contract worked for both of us. They started exactly when they said they would and they did an absolute phenomenal job. There was actually some scope creep that Paul was extremely fair pricing. He could’ve easily gouged me, but did just the opposite. After I paid him in full, I found some really minor issues, brought it to Paul’s attention and he took care of it the next day in a manner that far, far exceeded expectations. This is a great company! They will take very good care of you."

"Colin Day is very professional and knowledgeable and provided such quick service when it was very much needed. We will recommend he and his services to everyone."

"I've worked with many contractors over the year and it seems like something always finds a way to go wrong. This was not the case on this project. Zona Restoration was amazing. They had excellent communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Their work was impeccable, no dust or debris left anywhere. I cant thank them enough for the amazing job they did for me. If you're looking for an asbestos abatement or asbestos removal contractor look no further."
