"Geoffrey was great, he was very responsive, made himself available the very next day due to our urgency, and communicated all the information we needed to know and the updates along the way. He tested our new home for asbestos as well as lead paint. The value was worth the money, we now have our peace of mind about our new home and we would highly recommend Geoffreyâ s services to anyone else!"

"Our attic developed mold after years of small roof leaks that we kept patching temporarily. LeakSafe Homes handled the mold remediation in our Calabasas home with incredible professionalism. They removed contaminated insulation, treated the wood framing, and helped us understand how ventilation contributed to the issue. Very knowledgeable company."

"I was worried that mold remediation in my condo from a neighbors water leak above was incomplete. Dean fully inspected and, while the work was not done to his standard, he told me that I do not need further remediation. He gave me lots of great advice, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I will definitely call Dean if/when I need remediation in the future. Thanks, Dean! :)"

"They are very patient and helpful. They tested asbestos and created report for me within a week during Christmas. Many thanks to Oren."

"I contacted KB Environmental for a quote for a client. I passed the information on to the client. Once escrow closes they will most likely be using KB Environmental for the work. It will be to remove an asbestos vent flue on a water heater."

"After a disappointing experience with another remediation company that left us with lingering mold, we were fortunate to have Alex come to the rescue! From the start, he impressed us with his professionalism and thorough approach. Alex not only identified the areas the previous company missed but also explained his entire process, ensuring we knew what to expect. He worked meticulously and left no corner unchecked. Thanks to Alex, our space is now completely mold-free and feels fresh and healthy again. We’re so grateful for his expertise and dedication—wish we had called this company first! Highly recommend, especially Alex!"

"We got the mold inspection package and couldnâ t be happier with the service and experience with Mold Inspection Pro. Ron came out on short notice and was very professional and took the time to explain the process. Also put my mind at ease that he was wearing a mask during these crazy times. Highly recommended."
