"Jason has been a pleasure to work with. He provided us with a detailed work plan on how he was going to eliminate the mold. He was very clear on what needed to be done and followed through to ensure everything was completed. He explained he would do a manual application of chemicals to the wood beams and two types of fogging to clear it up. He had air quality samples taken before and after the fogging and shared the results in a timely manner. He assured me if results did not guarantee the mold was eliminated, he would repeat all testing measures until resolved at no charge. Luckily the mold is gone. He is an honest and reliable businessman! I would highly recommend his services. He did an excellent job, is trustworthy and is reasonably priced. Howard"
