"Extremely well. I hired Impresair to remove a layer of asbestos shingles from the exterior of my house. But, as the asbestos shingles were gradually removed, we discovered that the house also had a second layer of asphalt shingles under the asbestos shingle layer that was visible. This meant that a second, and unexpected, layer of siding also needed to be removed and hauled away. No problem for Impresair. They just brought in additional workers to complete the extra removal work on schedule...and finished the work on a day when we were experiencing showers for the entire day. They simply worked through the showers. Impresair is a very professional company and I strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in removing asbestos shingles from an old house. They arrived on time and the crew worked very diligently for three long days. When the siding was all off, they cleaned up the job site very well and made every attempt to locate any stray nails that might have been overlooked during the clean up work. A week later, they sent me a number of official documents for my retention that serve to substantiate that asbestos had been remediated successfully at my address. I am truly delighted with the results and would definitely hire them again for any future asbestos removal work that I might need."

"I needed multiple repairs on my home after a neighbors tree fell on my house. While checking the damage, the Insurance Inspector noticed mold in my attic unrelated to the tree damage. I had to deal with that as it was not related to the tree damage and it was not covered. I first had another company out for an estimate. They gave me an estimate of $3,500 to remove the mold. They then insisted I needed soffits in my roof and gave me an estimate of $3,500 I found ADS&R on Angieâ s List and decided to call them. Mike came out for the estimate, told me I did not need soffits. Mike even spoke to my Insurance Co to assure them I did not need soffits due to the exhaust fan in my attic. My Insurance Co agreed, sent me documentation as to exclude any future problems. ADS&R only charged me $2,000 to remove the mold. Mike & his team were very professional, timely & excellent.
