"On a Saturday night, I made an inquiry on Home Advisor for a mold specialist. The next morning Tony contacted me. I explained the small mold issue that I have under the corner of my home's crawl space. He explained to me his typical procedure, range estimates and hazards of mold. Not once was I ever pressured to use his services! In fact, he even asked me to send him pictures of the mold/mildew so he could instruct me on the best way to remove the mold myself at no charge. I have no doubts regarding his sincerity and willingness to help. In one phone call, I was quickly able to tell that he is prompt and sincere. Those are great qualities to possess."
