They came out and inspected the basement (prior to the purchase of the cottage in Westport), gave us a detailed proposal, showed up exactly when they promised, did the work (2.5 days) in a thorough and professional manner, and left the basement in clean condition (as spotless as a basement can be!). They break down the separate fees for each test beyond the $199 inspection. There is a separate charge for each sample test.
