"I needed multiple repairs on my home after a neighbors tree fell on my house. While checking the damage, the Insurance Inspector noticed mold in my attic unrelated to the tree damage. I had to deal with that as it was not related to the tree damage and it was not covered. I first had another company out for an estimate. They gave me an estimate of $3,500 to remove the mold. They then insisted I needed soffits in my roof and gave me an estimate of $3,500 I found ADS&R on Angieâ s List and decided to call them. Mike came out for the estimate, told me I did not need soffits. Mike even spoke to my Insurance Co to assure them I did not need soffits due to the exhaust fan in my attic. My Insurance Co agreed, sent me documentation as to exclude any future problems. ADS&R only charged me $2,000 to remove the mold. Mike & his team were very professional, timely & excellent. "The young men who removed the asbestos from the pipes in my basement were friendly and took great care to cover doorways so that the material they were removing did not get into non-protected areas. The asbestos was removed completely from the pipes and the basement was left clean and free from any debris. They were real nice young men and I told them to go to College because this kind of work will probably affect their health and their happiness at some point in the future."
