"The person who did the original inspection was very professional and knowledgeable. The mold mitigation begins next week. The price is reasonable and the response time was fast."

"The mold problem was more extensive then we originally thought, Mike Travers had his team tear out all walls, floors and ceilings, disposed of all affected areas, aggressivly treat all areas and treat bedding and furniture that were in the rooms.  Mike went above and beyond in the way I was treated.  Mike treated my home as if he were treating his own home."

"very quick process much less involved than I imagined. Mold testing done then a few days later, solution applied everywhere downstairs. after process completed, company came back and did another test for mold."

"The young men who removed the asbestos from the pipes in my basement were friendly and took great care to cover doorways so that the material they were removing did not get into non-protected areas. The asbestos was removed completely from the pipes and the basement was left clean and free from any debris. They were real nice young men and I told them to go to College because this kind of work will probably affect their health and their happiness at some point in the future."

"Ken pointed out what needed to be removed and his team leader Jose and the guys came in on Christmas Eve eve when they said they would and got the job done. I would highly recommend them for asbestos removal."

"They do both mold removal AND restoration. (Not everyone does both!) They arrived when they said they would. Their pricing was 30% less than the next bidder. They explained what they were doing along the way. I even tried to fix Mateo up with my daughter."

"We had a 6x8-foot patch of tile flooring that needed removing, primarily because it tested positive for lead, but also in order to uncover wide-plank flooring that we wanted to refinish. We spoke with John and he visited the site the next day.  He provided us with a $1,000 quote, which we accepted and scheduled the work within a week.
The job finished much quicker than expected, and John gave us a discount of $200.  I've worked with several contractors and rarely have I been offered the chance to pay less that the quoted price.

"Great experience . Was very pleased with the results. Joe was easy to work with, professional and respectful. Would definitely recommend."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Excellent work done. Could not be happier. All pipes with asbestos removed from the basement. Passed asbestos inspection. Pipes were hard to reach and care was needed. They were easy to work with and responsive to all my concerns. I highly recommend them."
