"We had a very good experience with SS John & Marin Restoration, who performed mold remediation on our basement. They were very thorough and experienced in their assessment of the situation, and worked with us to produce a custom estimate. They were timely in completion of the work. Sebastian was the manager for this project, who supervised the workers and communicated extensively with us to determine our needs. When the initially contracted work resulted in discovery of more moldy areas, the estimate was capped so that discovery of additional mold would not result in a higher cost. This company exemplifies care and motivation of customers, to implement recommendations that prevent future recurrence of mold in the home. For example, we implemented their mold prevention recommendations to run a dehumidifier and air purifier in the basement. Highly recommend this mold remediation pro."

"Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow."

"Great job. Fast service. Honest and reasonably priced."

"Good pricing and estimate over the phone. Great communication and prompt and clean service. Radon went from 9.5 to 0.5 in the basement."

"Great. Looking at possibly doing the duct service contingent in price."

"Our home inspector: Bill Crooks proved to be patient, thorough, amicable & very professional. We have already recommended his service to several of our neighbors all of who have experienced positive appointments."

"If you needed service,, they answer the phone right away, you do not have to speak with the machine, excellent customer service"
