"Gary was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend him for asbestos testing!"

"Orellana gave me a free estimate for what I speculated was a mold issue. After in depth investigation, it turns out the problem was a water-surround issue instead, meaning I did not need a mold removal service. It is unfortunate I could not use the Orellana service as his prompt, “free estimate” meeting revealed a professional, receptive, informative manager who negotiated competitive prices. He and his phone staff were very user friendly."

"No one wants to find mold in their home (or in our case, the home we were buying), but everyone wants to find good, reliable, knowledgeable people to help them, and Johnnie definitely fits the bill. We were referred to Johnnie and got him on-site the very next day he was very accommodating. He spent a ton of time not only carefully working in the house, but gave generously of his time to explain things to us thoroughly. He was very honest, gave us his unfiltered assessment based on his expertise (which we appreciated), and we can not recommend him enough. If you are looking for someone who is personable, reliable, reasonably priced, and really good at their job, hire him, you will not be disappointed."

"Great Company to work with. Very professional and did a great job on Asbestos Removal in our basement. Planning on calling back for an estimate on basement waterproofing next!"

"If more people were as honest, sincere, and caring as this man. I know this planet would thrive. Besides being a professional and clearly a true expert in this area, he explained everything clearly. Took his time and did not rush was patient and made me feel Safe. In the end, the mold testing he did showed I did not have elevated mold, prior to him I had a guy come in and told me he had a machine that tells if you have mold and he said I have 80% mold and I did not have to bother to do air samples. Be careful people. Other scammers out there. Andre is the Best you can trust what he says. Good luck."

"This company came in discussed in detail everything about the job, all the EPA related things and completed the job quickly!! Would recommend to everyone!"
