I had prices from multiple places and AdvantaClean was by FAR the most reasonable price (one price was 30k more expensive - Seriously, if this isn't reason enough to get multiple quotes I don't know what is!!). Ken came out and discussed the issues and everything that i needed and then Nate and the team that came out to do the remediation were respectful and professional. "I had to call 4 times before I finally was able to reach someone. They did not call back after I left several messages. Finally I received a quote over the phone for having my carpet stretched. They did not tell me that the price might vary depending upon if I had floor vents or floor sockets or an irregular room. If I had known this, I might have hired the other company who gave me a comparable quote. So they arrived and did the work and then informed me that the price was higher than they quoted me over the phone. They probably should have looked at the room upon arrival and informed me that it would be above the phone quote. Because they told me it was higher after the work was done, I probably could have argued it. But I did not. Overall, they are very nice. It is a small locally owned company which is nice to support."

The products pretty much sell themselves after you have had one .Brad is very knowledgeable about the Aerus products. He has always been prompt to respond to needs for service ,maintenance or questions .He is very professional , personable and obviously enjoys and is very dedicated to his work . Always a pleasure to work with him . Today he replaced filters on my air machines and checked two vacuums. The motor is gone in one vac -beyond repair. He said my 14 year upright is good for a while . He informed me of the new model which I am interested in seeing in the near future because of some improved features !!
