He spent almost an hour looking into the areas that could be suspicious and did not find problems other than the area that we first noticed mold. The odor we are experiencing is more likely related to a varmint intrusion that was rectified earlier. Great suggestions to cure odor and absolutely no pressure. "To whom it may concern, In November of 2022 I contacted AIRXRAY for maintenance on the radon unit of our home. Upon inspection they found that the unit was not working appropriately. Also that a build up of iron was an issue & the sump pump was not working. They were able to replace the radon unit with a better unit, scraped the excess iron from the sides of the pit & started a plan to remedy the problem. A new sump pump was installed, all within 1 day.
