"Very pleased with the prompt response I received from getting an appointment to completion of the work. Customer service is top notch and work was high quality. Definitely would recommend RMS."

"I cannot give enough praise to Francisco for the work done. We had a concern of disturbing asbestos during DIY floor removal and he returned our call on a Sunday and came to our home (during non working hours) to help put our minds at ease. Francisco was professional, he explained everything, was responsive to our concerns and was kind. I highly recommend this company!"

"Pete came out to look at our mold situation and determined that it was more related to lack of air circulation around an area of bare concrete than to actual moisture incursion. He spent almost an hour looking into the areas that could be suspicious and did not find problems other than the area that we first noticed mold. The odor we are experiencing is more likely related to a varmint intrusion that was rectified earlier. Great suggestions to cure odor and absolutely no pressure. A “breath of fresh air” in the service business. I would definitely call him again. You should too."

"Mold assessment and remediation is something I know very little about, probably like most home owners. That being said, having this work performed professionally comes down largely to trusting that the person you've hired is honest and trustworthy. Ben came across as such from the beginning. The work is done and my property does look and feel clean and mold free at this point so, based on my limited experience in this area, yes, I am satisfied. Ben, The Mold Specialist, was a pleasure to work with."

"Our town of approximately 1800 had a FEMA designated disaster flood. Ben and helper showed up right on time. Long drive to get here. All local mold businesses very busy. Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Went right to work. Took pictures that were sent to me—which are needed to turn in to FEMA for disaster relief aid. Drained the ductwork of the flood water, which will make it much easier on the HVAC fellow who is going to replace the ductwork. Put down a vapor barrier. Sprayed mold/mildew killer that is not harmful to humans…and has a very pleasant smell. Guaranteed for 5 years. I was very impressed. I hope to never have another flood, but if we do and I need the mold removed, I’m calling these guys again!"

"Jeff was very helpful and professional. He listened to our concerns and performed necessary diagnostics to assess the magnitude of our problem. Luckily we did not have damage requiring his services but he was able to outline a plan for us to remove surface mold on our own. Appreciated his thorough assessment, honesty and friendliness."

"Ben was responsive and explained the process well. He made time to come out quickly and treat the mold so we could move in to our new home without fear of air quality issues"

"This was the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable experience I have had in years! The amazing customer service starts with Amber and the professional friendly service concluded with Dustin. Not only did I receive excellent service, it was timely and affordable. This is a family owned business and it shows by the attention to detail and their hands on caring attitude. I highly recommend them for good service, comfortable friendly attitude, knowledge and experience and for a job well done. You won’t find anyone better!"

"Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow."

"First I would like to thank all the people that did reviews for Mold Men Indy. It made my resolution of this project much easier. We had mold in our wall, floor & crawl space. Terry did an outstanding job removing the mold & making further recommendations. He is easy to work with & I have hired him to do additional repairs. I have a doctor that specializes in Autism & I passed his name to her because many of her patients suffer from toxic poisoning."
