Also that a build up of iron was an issue & the sump pump was not working. They were able to replace the radon unit with a better unit, scraped the excess iron from the sides of the pit & started a plan to remedy the problem. A new sump pump was installed, all within 1 day. They provided quality products & were knowledgeable with their installation. They were neat & professional with the entire job, leaving no mess. My realtor initially recommended them, then I checked out their great reviews on Angie’s List before I called. I spoke with Jim Marshall when I called, who also sent me the quote after his partner Buddy came out to assess the situation the next day. I felt I was in good hands from the start, and never felt any high pressure tactics. I also felt their quote was extremely fair, especially given quotes I had seen in the past. They also graciously accepted my Angie’s List coupon which I initially forgot to tell them about. The team of 4 came out the following week. All were highly professional, protected my home with plastic, and did the job well. The solution used was very strong, so I did leave my house for the rest of the day. "Hired for the convienience of their timely ability to install a radon system. The vent on the outside of the house is a large diameter, circular chimney that is very unsightly. Prices were a bit higher than other companies, but their ability to install quickly took precedence. In SWATs defense, I did not inform the company of my displeasure as the system was being installed as a condition of sale."

"It is a full construction place, but their name is Bee Window out of Indianapolis. It was about a 50-page report back to them. I am refusing to pay until they fix all of the problems. They did a terrible job. It finally went up to the company president he drove down here with his little entourage. He looked around and he was not happy with me and he was even unhappier when he saw the condition of what his crew had done. He had another crew come down, rip things out and do it over. They are not returning my phone calls so I have not much positive to say. They call me to solicit additional work, but they will not return calls saying I have issues. They just won't respond. They were very highly rated, which is why I chose them. I was unfortunately, disappointed. I will grant that they did come down to make it right, but it has been two years and stuff is not holding up at all. We are not high maintenance people. The wood is bowed and we are having issues. I just wanted to talk to them to see if they wanted to try and make it right. My suggestion to others is that I would rather they not use this firm. Find someone local that will be more responsive. It took months to get them."
