"I've used George and the AMS team twice now in a jam. In early 2020, we were finishing up a remodel and after closing off a skylight the contractor went to repaint they found mold. George came the next day to give me a quote and got started on the work quickly. Just last Friday, when we had heavy rain, we had water enter our basement. I called George and he came the next day to give me a quote for the work. He had the crew there first thing Monday to get started. In both cases the crew was great. George is highly responsive and makes sure the job gets done right. He also was very honest and told me things that didn't need to be done, which i really appreciated. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mold or water damage remediation."

Christian did this work for me, walking through my apartments and letting me know what spots needed to be touched up with paint. Then he provides a certificate to send to the town. "They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."
