Christian did this work for me, walking through my apartments and letting me know what spots needed to be touched up with paint. Then he provides a certificate to send to the town. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."
