"Shane was my first contact (via phone) and was very knowledgeable and went above & beyond to answer all my questions. I tend to have pretty good discernment, and I immediately sensed I was dealing with an honest, straightforward company. Shane offered me an appointment 2 days later that s fast! Awesome when you re concerned about mold! Ray came to our house (a several hour drive to the Redding area!), and was prompt & called ahead to be courteous. Total genuine and nice guy (especially bc he s a dog lover ;) He wasn t rushed at all, answered all our questions (we had a lot), and actually said he likes & welcomes questions! After we received our report & invoice, I THOUGHT I was messaging my husband, lol, but I texted Shane: Thumbs up! They did thorough testing, & the price was still what was initially quoted! I highly recommend these guys!!"

"Steve, the owner of the company was extremely attentive to our problem. We were concerned about an odor in the house that smelled like mold. Steve came over the same day we called to test our air to be sure that we were not living in a dangerous situation. He sent air samples that he harvested in numerous places in our home and crawlspace to an outside lab for testing. A few days later he called us to let us know that there was some mold but it was not the dangerous kind. He followed up the phone call with an official report from the lab. The primary souce of the mold was the crawlspace. Steve cleaned up the source of the mold and helped us find the source of water that was causing the problem. He is in the process of cleaning out the crawlspace of debris that was harboring the mold at this time. The odor is now gone and we are so relieved."

"AAA hired ER Disaster Services, and they truly came to my rescue. After my builder, Legacy Homes of Willow Creek (MHP Builders), installed a damaged bathtub that ultimately failed, in this new house, water soaked the carpet, padding, and walls in my brand-new home I had to file a homeowner's insurance claim just to get the process moving, which was incredibly stressful. Thankfully, ER Disaster Services stepped in and handled everything properly. They ensured the affected areas were thoroughly dried and addressed the mold and fungus concerns I'm now completely comfortable that the mitigation was done the right way Professional, responsive, and thorough,. Thank you, ER Disaster Services"

We specialize in inspection and consulting work for forest fire response, asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, methamphetamine, and bacteria contamination issues. \n \nCosts: Mold investigations consist of a detailed inspection of the structure with thermal imaging, moisture meters, and experienced technicians inspecting the home, crawl space, and attic. Air samples are often collected, but the key to any good mold investigation is to identify moisture issues (mold will not grow without moisture). Our mold investigation costs range from $600 and up depending upon the size of the structure and complexity of the issues. We caution against utilizing firms that only collect air samples and make a finding based upon air sampling results alone. Asbestos, lead-based paint, methamphetamine, fire response, and bacteria consulting is based on site specific conditions.
