"Very professional, easy to work with, prompt service. Selling my home and they found mold in the attic on the radon remediation pipe. The technician arrived and explained everything he would do. Cleaned the pipe and surrounding area. Very pleased with their service."

"I've used George and the AMS team twice now in a jam. In early 2020, we were finishing up a remodel and after closing off a skylight the contractor went to repaint they found mold. George came the next day to give me a quote and got started on the work quickly. Just last Friday, when we had heavy rain, we had water enter our basement. I called George and he came the next day to give me a quote for the work. He had the crew there first thing Monday to get started. In both cases the crew was great. George is highly responsive and makes sure the job gets done right. He also was very honest and told me things that didn't need to be done, which i really appreciated. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mold or water damage remediation."

"Thank you Home Advisor for having Ace Cleaning Restoration as a recommendation. Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold Mr. Arman was very informative even before he came to our home to inspect our dilemma. His initial service was "free". After checking all the possible options, he offered three (3). We followed his recommendation. Excellent service and professional advice. Ray C. in Clifton, NJ"

"Great experience. This company was honest, prompt, and efficient. They found and remediated a significant asbestos problem at my daughters first house in North New Jersey. They did not try to take advantage of her, as is all too common in this industry. The fee was very fair and took care of the job very quickly. I found out about this company from someone who uses AAA for large commercial projects, and he has the same experience. We recommend AAA Lead Professionals for any residential or commercial projects involving lead or asbestos! Thank you Joe!!"

"Macks Mold is Outstanding!! Jeff and people talk with you about every facet of the job, and work with you. They arrive on time and go the extra mile. Definitely holding to these guys and recommend them Highly"

"Called as I suspected potential mold. They were out the next morning to get it tested. Confirmed a few days later it was bad mold, explained the job and what was next. Worked around my schedule and came on time and completed the work promptly. The section of wall where the mold was looks good as new and the workers were great to deal with. Hopefully I never have to worry about mold again, but will certainly reach out to certified mold removal if I need to."

"John and Steve were completely professional. Responsive to needs and deadlines, maintained appropriate communication, kept to appointment times and schedules, provided documentation in a timely fashion and not only cleaned out the asbestos, but left the worksite clean and orderly. Pleasure to have hired Perimeter."

"This company did a fantastic job with the mold. The process also killed all the bugs and pests inside! It took three days to complete but it was well worth it! The supervisor was personable, professional, and very easy to deal with. I would use this service again."

"They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."
