The first visit, to assess the services needed, the owner of this Serv Pro (Mr. Troy Voss) came to our home, with his employee to introduce himself and make sure we were given all the pertinent information needed to move forward and he answered all our questions and addressed any concerns up front without hesitation. The final invoice matched the original estimate, the only added fee was for paying on-line with a credit card, this is standard these days per my experience and the fee wasn't above 3% of the total estimate.
