When we started remodeling, we found mold in the crawlspace, asbestos in the siding, and on the roof. Luckily, after a lot of research and checking with previous clients, I decided to go with Es America. They specialize in asbestos removal, but they also handle water damage, French drains, and all things remediation. My first call was answered by Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire permitting process without any pressure to use their services. They fixed the mold issue in the crawlspace, did an crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the Asbestos, and recommended a reliable contractor for the siding and roof replacement. Michael Medley came out and inspected my home noting observations that surfaces and air needed to be decontaminated. Michael Medley promised the water on the floor would be removed from the laundry room and decontamination efforts would be made. He quickly laid out a plan for better air quality that focused on circulation, filtration, humidity control and ventilation. The plan was implemented my Alex, Shane and Tim. They all were professional knowledgeable and on time upon their arrival to my home. This company is amazing! "Great Experience! My wife and I live in Atlanta and we hired Anthony at AJ Property Restoration to work on a mold remediation project for us. Anthony submitted a very reasonable bid to remove the mold damage in our bedroom wall that was caused by a roof leak. Anthony was very efficient and thorough removing all the mold damage and he also treated the wall area to prevent any mold from returning. The area of the wall where the mold damage was located now looks as good as new and we are very satisfied. We would not hesitate to rehire Anthony again and would highly recommend him!"

I think since they were the mold specialist they should have done a better job of finding the mold.
