When we started remodeling, we found mold in the crawlspace, asbestos in the siding, and on the roof. Luckily, after a lot of research and checking with previous clients, I decided to go with Es America. They specialize in asbestos removal, but they also handle water damage, French drains, and all things remediation. My first call was answered by Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire permitting process without any pressure to use their services. They fixed the mold issue in the crawlspace, did an crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the Asbestos, and recommended a reliable contractor for the siding and roof replacement. "Manager from Keller Tile installation told me regulations prevented him from installing tile in my bathrooms without an asbestos test. I told him the home was built in 1984, the vinyl bathroom floor was replaced in hours one day, purchased from Lowes. The test costed $250 and 4sq inch was removed for the test. It tested negative for asbestos. It has been 3 weeks since I paid for toilets 3, and 2 tile installation. I called and requested the materials order to be delivered to my home. After several days a Saturday after noon time of 4:15 to 8:15 pm was given. I confirmed. The materials were not delivered. DONNA did a very good , professional test and accommodated me with a printed copy for my household files. Donna was on time and efficient. Donna had a pleasant personality."

"DSM is excellent. The service was a great value. He is very thorough and will also tell you exactly how it is. He pointed out many things that could have potentially posed a problem down the road. He also was not too proud to recommend an engineer's advice as the house had a warped basement wall. After hiring an engineer we found out the foundation could cave in at any moment and naturally backed out of the purchase. I feel some other inspectors would have rushed to a decision about the basement though it's above their level of expertise (even though DSM used to be a builder). Without his recommendation we may have been set up to fail (we loved the house and just wanted it to be ok). I liked DSM's service so much that he will be doing another inspection for us on another house tomorrow."

I think since they were the mold specialist they should have done a better job of finding the mold.
