"They did a very good job. Brian explained the procedures to me clearly and he explained what would be needed depending on the analysis results. He took tiles samples and commissioned lab analysis to determine which procedure was needed. His pricining were transparent, competitive and clear he took great care to educate me. Everyone was polite and they left everything cleaned and in good shape! I would absolutely recommend them! And would use them again!"

Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold Mr. Arman was very informative even before he came to our home to inspect our dilemma. His initial service was "free". After checking all the possible options, he offered three (3). We followed his recommendation. Excellent service and professional advice. Ray C. in Clifton, NJ"

"James and his team did a wonderful job and I had to chase him down to make sure that he picked up the check. In this day and age, very heartening to note that people like him do exist in business world. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and hope with his work ethics / expertise he and his team expand into other services as well."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"John and Steve were completely professional. Responsive to needs and deadlines, maintained appropriate communication, kept to appointment times and schedules, provided documentation in a timely fashion and not only cleaned out the asbestos, but left the worksite clean and orderly. Pleasure to have hired Perimeter."

"Had an emergency - time sensitive need to conduct a mold test and they worked with me and made it possible the very next morning. Can't tell you how important this was since my landlord's insurance hired mold "specialist" showed up a week later, with much different results. Great follow-up experience with Austin R."
