"The owner was on time and easy to deal with. An air quality test was done throughout the home. The areas where the black spots were located were discovered not to be mold. The owner could have told me it was mold and I would not have known the difference."

"I recently had an indoor air quality test conducted, and overall, the experience was very positive. The technician arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The testing itself was thorough and covered multiple factors, including airborne particles, humidity levels, mold presence, and potential chemical pollutants. I appreciated how detailed the inspection was, as it gave me confidence that nothing was overlooked. The final report was well-organized and provided clear results along with actionable recommendations. It highlighted a few areas of concern, such as elevated humidity and minor mold indicators, and included practical steps to improve air quality, like better ventilation and the use of a dehumidifier. What stood out most was the professionalism and transparency throughout the process. There was no pressure to purchase additional services—just honest information and helpful guidance."

"Outstanding Professional Service with Terrific Results. Now, my story ... Radon levels at or above 4.0 (EPA) or 2.7 (World Health Org) pCi/L require attention because of the risk of lung cancer. The carbon test I ran came back 32.4 pCi/L! I purchased a radon detector that confirmed that reading with 35.2 pCi/L. After reading everything I could find on radon and radon mitigation, I contacted the TN state radon program and got a list of fully certified radon inspectors and mitigators. I visited all the nearby company websites. Some websites displayed mitigations that were clearly not according to EPA radon mitigation standards. The text and gallery Covenant Air displayed showed that they work to meet or exceed the standards. David Coffey answered my call and promptly scheduled a visit to assess my radon levels and possible mitigation solutions. He measured my house radon levels at 32-40 pCi/L across various areas of my finished basement and workshop. As we talked, everything he said convinced me that he is very knowledgeable about radon, what influences elevated levels, and what can be done to get those levels as low as possible. Before he left, he sketched out a solution that he thought would work as well as an option to consider if the radon level didn't come down with the first solution. His attention was to reduce the radon as low as possible but also as economically as possible. We soon signed a contract that provided good detail of the solution and included an EPA standards publication by which he would perform the work. His certified staff arrived on time with impressive equipment for a sub-slab depressurization solution. They were happy to explain their work and answer my questions. My solution required sub-house slab penetration as well as sub-garage slab penetration (as indicated by previous readings). Their work was impeccable. From drilling through the slab, to constructing the schedule 40 PVC vent piping and anchoring it to my block foundation wall, to cutting an exceptionally clean hole through the side of my house (even through the vinyl siding), to solidly anchoring the external fan and vent stack, every step of their work was textbook. They cleaned their work area very well. Now, seven days later, my radon levels are in the 0.23 - 0.55 pCi/L range ... essentially that of outdoor level on our ridge above the TN River!! Am I pleased with the work Covenant Air did ... absolutely! This is a company that is dedicated to improving air quality and to performing excellent work to do so. I most strongly recommend Covenant Air for radon mitigation."

"i have hired this company over other companies to clean my ducts and vents for several reasons. 1- quality of work 2- quality of equipment and up to date systems 3- they actually show up for appointments unlike some other companies who want you to think they are the best by their company name. 4-customer service 5-less likely to damage ducts due to air brushes 6- they cover things up so dirt wont get on my new carpet The only problem is they charge almost 2 x as much BUT i can understand why. The process they use for mold removal is not just a one time deal AND they gave me a 5 year guarantee on all tye work. We are still in process of the work we have had the system treated and in a week they will be out to clean the ducts. i would recommend this company. sometimes you have to spend a little more to get quality work! Its worth it!"
