"Went well. Pro was very informative and clear. Would recommend for suspected mold issue."

"I would advise making sure you understand scope of work that mold remediation services perform in general. They do not replace or repair anything damaged by mold; they remove the mold and damaged areas, treat those areas and provide certification of areas as mold-free for purpose of legal compliance needs. I had to have a separate firm/handyman service do the new drywall for damaged areas, reinstall appliances and cabinets, and repair/rebuild new cabinet flooring. They did a great job but I didnâ t verify exactly what the extent of work would be."

"I am giving ExpressDry a 5.0 rating because they deserve it. They showed up on Thanksgiving week, great customer service, a big THANK YOU to Moy Munoz for making us feel like we were more than just a customer, i genuinely feel he wanted nothing but the best for us. He was quick to answer questions, explained the process in detail, his workers that came out and did the whole mitigation was awesome. They came in and got it done without any complications. Fast response, professional, quick, clean, friendly, helpful, I definitely recommend these guys! Thank you so much for all your hard work!"

"Salvador was responsive, pleasant and thorough. He took the time to clearly explain everything. I would recommend his services"

"Did mold testing services for an apartment building."

"Great price for the competition. Wrecked the ceilings, but since the law requires a separate company for asbestos you get screwed. If the person removing it was also the person repairing it I am sure it would go much better."

"We had a water damage issue at our home and when Nexgen Property Restoration opened up the walls it turned into a much bigger problem than expected. They found mold and other issues we had no idea were there. Their team handled everything from remediation to drying out the house and made the whole process smooth. They worked directly with our insurance company and got everything covered which was a huge relief. They even helped us out by waiving our $2,500 deductible which says a lot about how they take care of their customers. They may be a newer company but they clearly have years of experience behind them. Highly recommend Nexgen Property Restoration you won?t regret it."

"We had water damge in our enclosed add on creating mold. They completed the work in a very timely manner. Got rid of all mold. Replaced all the siding and repainted. All debris was cleared and we are pleased with the outcome. They were courteous and professional."
