"We HAD basement water problems. Wayne Philips from Reconstruction Mold Remediation was amazing. 1st off, he arrived at the time he said he would. He slowly walked the perimeter of my home, then my basement and along the way he was suggesting what should be done to remedy my issues. He did not recommend expensive wells or drainage lines as others did. His solution was simple and inexpensive; diverting my downspouts away from the home, patching the cracks in my foundation with hydraulic cement and waterproof painting the basement resolved our issues. Job done quickly and inexpensively. I would absolutely recommend Wayne and his firm. He happens to be a super nice gentleman as well. Thanks Wayne."
