"After discovering the problem, Scott came by to take a look at the attic. He informed me that NYS requires a mold assessor for a job of my size. After getting the assessment I contacted several companies. In the end I went with Wise Home Solutions. The price was reasonable, but more importantly, I felt most confident with Scott's ability to do the job properly. He came by when scheduled and did a great job in eliminating the mold, and properly vented the fan."

"This ended up being a challenging project with narrow crawl spaces, pipes running close to asbestos floor tiles, and mold that was found during demolition. Ray and his team were extremely hard working, explained every step, took great care to create a safe environment while we lived in our home. They left our basement spotless clean. Great price overall. Highly recommend."

"It's never good news to hear you have asbestos, but Michael was professional, helpful, and friendly."

"Dave and his team with Trademark Demolition did a phenomenal job. They showed up on time, and did everything they promised they would and more. No surprises. Clear communication. Fast and efficient work. I highly recommend this company."

"I hired Kascon to do asbestos abatement in my attic. I worked with Keith Carroll as my primary contact, he was outstanding. Keith was prompt courteous knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The back office crew was equally oppressive in assisting me with documentation billing etc. as were the gentlemen who showed up to do the abatement work. They were neat and meticulous, showed up when they said they were going to show and did a great job cleaning out not only the asbestos but contaminated wood and materials. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs asbestos abatement work done. Ask for Keith, you will not be disappointed."

"Great customer service and the job was completed in a very timely manner."

"We appreciated their professionalism and prompt service at every stage of the process. Their email correspondence, Jessica, Henry, and his team were excellent in taking care of our asbestos abatement needs."

"Our home has a radon mitigation system. We asked Janet to take Radon measurements, review the existing system, and make recommendations. She took measurements for 48 hours and determined that our radon levels were actually very low and that no further remedial efforts were needed. The price was very fair and no attempt was made to sell us something that we don't need."

"I would highly recommend! I got a call back within the same day and Joe was here within the week to help me promptly and very efficiently inspect my issue. He was very helpful in educating me in why I was having this issue and even helped make recommendations to a mold remediation company so that I can clear up my problem before it escalates any further."
