"Efficient service. Very careful work."

"The master teach was highly informative in explaining the science of the terms. I had previously hired another company and was left confused. I therefore paid more to have a second test by the Mold Test Company, and it was a very wise decision. If you think you may have mold in your home are apartment, I highly recommend that you contact Mold Test Company"

"Mohammad did an excellent job. He was prompt in responding to all of our questions and made arrangements to complete the work quickly and in a very efficient manner. He was extremely professional and communicated well through the process. I would recommend Mohammad to anyone looking for asbestos abatement services."

"Absolutely Top Notch Service! Knowledgeable and informative assessment and follow thru. Professional interaction throughout. Would highly recommend."

"Once contacted, Gregory Paxson provided timely and very professional mold and remediation services. Besides finding mold in several areas of the home, he also discovered the cause of the mold. All of the damaged materials were removed which allowed the plumbers to repair the water leaks that were causing the mold. Mr Paxson then was able to remove and replace the damaged insulation in the crawl space. During that work, he also discovered an additional structural problem that had to be addressed. In summary, Mr Paxson successfully completed removing the mold, conducting microbial remediation steps, replacing the damaged insulation, and installing a new crawl space vapor barrier ."

"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"Thoroughly professional. Only did the work that was necessary. Did the work within the budget initially quoted and on time. The thing that I really found helpful was that they did all the work necessary to remediate the mold, repair the leak and return the house to an its original state (dry wall, Painting, ETC.)"

"A crew showed up within the hour and immediately assessed and estimated, then went to work after I got the insurance OK.
It took several hours to tear out what was necessary, not only due to the extent, but because they were thorough and ensured that what they removed, both anticipated and unanticipated, was indeed necessary. I appreciated that. After they set the machinery to dry the infrastructure, I didn't have to clean up after them. Only had to hose the sidewalk from all the wet flakes of drywall that was removed. The crew did not slack off, nor were they surly. At a time when I'm trying not to stress out badly, their professionalism was welcomed.
A few days later when they removed the machinery at their estimated time, Jerry and Billie left only after they ensured the machines were no longer required.
My insurance sent another firm to perform the restoration, but had they sent the Burke ServPro for that I wouldn't have worried at all. [The new restoration company appears fine so far, too, but as it is ongoing, we'll see.]
Thanks, guys, for making a stressful event less stressful - that is almost as important as the quality work.
