"The services rendered we're actually better than expected. We called because the basement was flooded and had standing water for a period of time and we suspected mold had started to build. Max (the owner/team leader) came out, inspected the basement and reported his findings to us, which ended up being worse than we had anticipated (mold and ASBESTOS). He explained how his crew would rid us of the situation and we agreed. The team was able to start the four day project two days earlier than expected and instead of a four day project they completed the work in two days. They did an amazing job! The basement is now dry, mold and asbestos free! It look like a brand new basement. They had the dumpster brought in and threw out the furniture etc that was in the basement and left no debris behind. When asked if we would use their services again, that would be an absolute YES! We are already making plans to make more changes to the home and Environmental Service Corp is at the top of our calling list. I recommend you give them a call for big or small jobs. They are awesome! I rate them 10 out of 10."

"Professional and used nontoxic products to clean mold up and wiped all aura faces. Very pleased"

"This company is great to work with. They did some mold testing on parents’ home and did excellent work. They also did some work on my home. They replaced a water heater and bathroom fans. He was easy to get a hold of, personable and come over right away."

"We needed some asbestos tape removed from our ducts, and Mike was very upfront and thorough with explaining the process to us. We reached out to him via Angi on a Thursday, he came by our house the following day, and he and his team finished the job that Saturday morning. We found them very professional and prompt, and would be happy to hire and recommend them for future work."

"The guys from AdvantaClean were great. Ian came out and did an inspection, finding black mold in the attic due to the bathroom fans not venting out correctly. He put together a thorough and reasonable estimate. Matt and John handled the work, removing the mold and installing new ductwork for proper ventilation. They were clean, professional, and friendly. Mold testing was done, and they took photos to document their work. All around fantastic company to do business with."

"Job went great. Price was fair, permits were obtained quickly, and work was completed promptly. Communication was great; A&B communicated with us prior to providing the estimate to remind us the estimate was scheduled on the day of, prior to starting the job, and immediately after the job was done to provide certification of job completion/asbestos removal. No complaints!"

"great experience with an unfortunate situation in our new house. We found asbestos throughout the ductwork in our new house, and these guys were able to test it quickly, provide quotes and a timeline, and ultimately get the job done ahead of schedule at the quoted price. Gabriel, Cruz, and their crew did a great job; they were easy to work with and left everything very clean. Everything they demoed was very clean as well. Happy to be free of asbestos now! I would use it again in the unfortunate event we find more asbestos."

"It was alright, it could have been better"

"Bart was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out very quickly and worked around my schedule. the service provided was amazing. I received the lab results within 24 hours after the inspection and he provided me with a detailed verbal explanation of everything that was found. Bart made the process extremely easy and he was very happy to answer any questions I had, and help put my mind at ease during a very stressful time. I would definitely recommend contacting LaFrance Environmental for your mold related services."

"I had Emerald Build Group come out for a mold inspection, and I’m really glad I chose them. The inspector was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. He even pointed out a few things we hadn’t noticed ourselves. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with moisture or mold issues."
