"Ashley work ethic is the embodiment of professionalism. She was open and upfront about the process and the time it would take to complete the inspection. I am no slouch. I have a little bit above-average weekend warrior DIY experience, and she pointed out items and issues that I would never have noticed. Not only was she thorough and efficient, but she was also empathic. During a home inspection, you hope for the best while bracing for the worst. If there was a possible negative, she softened the blow by sharing her own home-owning and remodeling experiences with me. Not only did I feel confident that I was closing on the right home, I am confident that I chose the right home inspector. I feel compelled to pay it off faster just so I can hire her to help me with making another home purchase!"

"Techs were very helpful and provided quick response and service."

"Timely response to initial inquiry. Mr. Chittenden inspected crawl space, discussed his findings, with photos, and explained the process to address removal of the organic matter and provided a quote. Service was scheduled at our convenience. Excellent job by technicians. Follow up to assure completeness and quality of installation. Very satisfied with this company."

"My initial contact, David, with the company was great. When I got handed off to the local company that would be taking care of the paperwork and scheduling several things got lost in translation and my project was delayed from the original promised date of completion. I spoke with my original contact and everything was back on track. The third group of people, the ones that showed up at my house, were also great. This was a tiring process but finding asbestos in your house is not easy either way. I would use this company again if I needed it."
