This company deserves 10/5 stars in all honesty. We had been experiencing a number of health issues that prompted us to look into getting an Air Quality test. We put in a request on Home Advisor and Taylor with ZeroMold was the first to call within minutes. A couple simple questions he asked about what we were experiencing and within 10min from the time I placed the request on Home Advisor we were booked and scheduled for an estimate appointment. The estimate day comes, we get a courtesy call letting us know his ETA, he arrives, very professional and very knowledgeable about mold and toxic material in general but he was also very serious about how severe the issue we were having was.
