"I thoroughly enjoyed working with Pure Maintenance of the Blue Ridge with my mold issue. Extremely nice and professionally handled every detail of the process. "Once contacted, Gregory Paxson provided timely and very professional mold and remediation services. Besides finding mold in several areas of the home, he also discovered the cause of the mold. All of the damaged materials were removed which allowed the plumbers to repair the water leaks that were causing the mold. Mr Paxson then was able to remove and replace the damaged insulation in the crawl space. During that work, he also discovered an additional structural problem that had to be addressed. In summary, Mr Paxson successfully completed removing the mold, conducting microbial remediation steps, replacing the damaged insulation, and installing a new crawl space vapor barrier ."

"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"Frank and Joe did a fantastic job mitigating the mold in our basement crawl space. It was a tough job, and they worked hard. There are lots of ways to try and remove mold. But if you donâ t do it rightâ ¦ most of them just seem to make the mold bloom more. The Failsafe team knew their stuff, and were able to mitigate and remove the deep set mold in our crawl space to look and smell like it was never there. They also worked with us to ensure it never comes back. They are very thorough and kept us well updated on their progress as they worked. Would highly recommend."

"Courteous, punctual and down to earth."

"Quick response and professional service."

"The owner of Valley Mold Remediation came to my home for no cost to check my basement for mold. There were signs of mold at one of our basement windows. He used a tool that checks for dampness and determined the mold was just on the surface and had not spread under the walls. He also checked out double doors for dampness and did not find them to be of concern. He showed me where the seal on our window was gaping, allowing some moisture to cause the mold that I saw and even measured the windows in case I wanted to replace them. (He doesn't do windows, he was just being helpful) I felt comfortable with this man in my home and certain that he was being honest. If I ever do have a mold problem, I will definitely call his company."

"Barry is a real professional. Everyone on his team, including office staff and on-site technicians were first class. He came back to check on the results. Would absolutely use them again for any of the services they provide."
